File Transfer

You can choose between SFTP, gDrive, Dropbox.

We recomend using SFTP to transfer files. You will use a SFTP file transfer manager, like FileZilla, to send us your photos and to download the edited ones. It is very easy to use and set up.

Once you have created your account on our website, we will promptly respond with the details on setting up your SFTP account and we will walk you through the entire process.

You can send RAW, JPEG or Lightroom catalog files.

Our Cull service is one of our most popular additional services! We use a process that’s easy and customized to your need. Once you send us your instructions, we’ll follow them down to the smallest detail and only pick the ones that you want.

When culling photos, we consider closed eyes, out-of-focus images, unrecoverable images, duplicate images, weird expressions, incorrect exposure, poor compositions, shaky camera, people in the background, and so on.

The cost for this service is based on the total number of images submitted. Our editing staff views each and every photo up to three times. We do this to ensure that we capture your event’s best story, flow, and content.

What does the Color Correction service involve?2022-08-08T15:06:38+00:00

In essence: We edit your photos to match:

a) Your style

OR

b) one of our predifined styles

When we say “edit” we refer to:

  1. Streightening and cropping
  2. Exposure and light correction: curves, contrast, whites, blacks, shaddows, highlights, dehaze
  3. Color correction / style matching: white balance, tint, vibrance, saturaion, HSL(preset)
  4. Clarity, texture and sharpening.
  5. Lens correction

Optionaly we can apply your preset if you use any.

We correct each image individually and benchmark them against your chosen style. This allows us to deliver great images that are consistent, regardless of the varying lighting situations that occur throughout your photographed event.

You receive your edited images within 1 – 5 business days.

If you have 2 or 3 different batches for wedding photos, please add 1 extra day per wedding to the total turnaround time frame. For example, 1 – 5 days for one wedding edit + 1 day for each additional wedding edit.

We have a huge influx of projects every week. Therefore, if a project is received after 12PM CST, its starting time will commence promptly at 9 AM CST the following business day. (This policy typically applies to the busy summer and fall seasons and does not usually affect the normal turnaround times)

There are times when you may need faster assistance from us. Well, we’re here to deliver! There are surcharges on RUSH services which are added to the normal fee charged for file editing.

Level 1 RUSH – $25 – I need it FASTER – Wedding Job: 1 business day faster

Level 2 RUSH – $50 – I need it FASTEST – Wedding Job: 2 business days faster
